I use hand cream but I still have dry hands.

I try to use gloves when cleaning or working outside. If I don’t wear gloves my hands quickly become a dry mess.

I wear gloves when I am using chemicals.
I use a lot of moisturizer, always after dampening my hands to hold the water in. It’s not wasy, I have psoriasis on my hands, and they always hurt. Ouch!
I use gentle natural soaps & lotions, but they are still dry. I live in high dessert country. So arrid.
I moisturize after every time I wash my hands and before bed, and I use cuticle oil to keep my nails looking nice.
Manicures and moisturizer
To be honest… I don’t. I dig in the dirt and pull weeds without wearing gloves.
I like to take care of my hands by moisturizing them often, always taking care of my nails too. Making sure they are clean, healthy & soft

I try to keep them trimmed and filed to a short, well kept length. I also clip any hangnails daily. I use a moisturizer during the day while at work and an intensive overnight moisturizer at night.
