Goverre is a portable wine glass tumbler with a silicone sleeve and a drink-through lid. It can hold half a bottle of wine in its discrete white-walled glass. So, this is basically an adult sippy cup (both completely awesome and super useful). This is me #adulting.

With ten color options to choose from, I finally settled on the blue cup. (Blue is my favorite color!) I thought the packaging looked sharp and I was excited to see how this cup actually functioned.

Goverre comes in three separate pieces. I love that this generously sized cup is made of glass instead of plastic so that it doesn’t deflect from the wine’s true taste. The thicker glass also feels sturdier too!

The portability element comes from its houndstooth-patterned silicone sleeve. The sleeve goes almost all the way to the top, providing plenty of protection from tips and spills. My husband can attest to its durability since he accidentally dropped the cup when he first took it out of the box to look at it!! I almost killed him. Fortunately (for him), the glass survived without a scratch!

The lid is made of plastic with the center section screwing and unscrewing to create slight gaps big enough to sip (or gulp) beverages without opening all the way. I will say my one bummer about Goverre is the fact that the lid isn’t completely watertight. That’s a big no-no for having this be 100% travel friendly. However, the lid functions well for keeping bugs out of drinks and definitely prevents any accidental spills from an overly enthusiastic kindergartener!

Overall, I am quite impressed with Goverre and am considering picking up a few more to have for family gatherings at the house. At a price point of $24.00 each, I might be collecting a full set gradually instead of all at once!

I have to admit though, that it is a really good feeling knowing that my beverage is that much safer with my little kiddo running around me like a crazy monkey. What do you think of Goverre?
