Glossybox is an online monthly beauty subscription box that sends you 5 or more full size (usually) beauty products each month from well known luxury brands and up-and-coming niche brands. They also send great hair products and skin care products for women. You can subscribe to Glossybox for $21 each month with free shipping within the USA. The price per box drops with longer pre-paid subscriptions.

Their annual Mother’s Day Limited Edition box is a stand-alone box of beauty products, not part of their subscription. The cost was $40, with an over $200 value, and it is now sold out for this year.

Glossybox has a large fold-out glossy product information sheet that includes pictures, suggestions for use, and pricing. I love their floral theme for Mother’s Day – perfect for a bright spring box.

Patchology – Flashpatch Illuminating Eye Gels 5 pack ($15.00)

These eye gels are designed to reduce dark circles, combat hyperpigmentation, boost microcirculation, and brighten skin tone. They contain green tea extract to reduce puffiness, plus mulberry extract and vitamin C to reduce inflammation and brighten skin. An added bonus is that they gently cool and invigorate the delicate eye area. I could use these every day!

Babor – Lifting Rx Bi-Phase Ampules ($50.00)

This is some expensive skin care! The box contains 7 ampules containing a serum designed to help firm and give skin a smoother appearance. The serum contains 1% amaranth oil. The bi-phase design combines the concentrated power of an active serum with the moisturizing properties of plant oils. You shake the ampule to combine the two phases, creating a blend of serum and oil and apply the entire ampule to clean skin before your moisturizer.

Alterna – Caviar Anti-Aging Restructuring Bond Repair Leave-In Spray 4.2 oz ($17.73)

This is a lightweight, vitamin-enriched protectant that repairs and prevents heat and styling damage. It reduces breakage by up to 99% compared to untreated hair, helps repair and seal the hair surface, plus strengthens and protects damaged hair up to 450 degrees F.

Viktor & Rolf – Flowerbomb Vanilla Twist Layering Oil .67 oz ($69.00)

This is a vanilla fragrance that can be enhanced by applying the scented oil from the container top and following up with a spray of the Eau de Parfum from the lower part of the container. The perfume oils are concentrated in the oil – you can magnify or diminish the scent according to your mood. Also included is a sample of the Flowerbomb scent. It smells really nice though it is likely to make me hungry for cookies!

Rodial – Glamolash Mascara XXL in Black .43 oz ($28.00)

This is a black long-wear mascara that contains beeswax to condition lashes, carnuba wax to prevent clumping, and soluble collagen for shiny, full bodied lashes.

Babo Botanicals – Nutri-Shine Hydrating Lip Luminizer .14 oz ($18.95)

This is a pretty high-gloss lip gloss that nourishes and softens lips. It contains coconut oil, cocoa butter, and organic calendula and no preservatives at all. Plus the lip gloss is 100% vegan, 100% dye free, and 100% cruelty free. The color in my box was Brilliant Guava and they also make 3 other colors if you like your gloss darker, lighter or nude.

The value of the luxury beauty products curated for the Glossybox Mother’s Day 2019 Limited Edition box added up to approx. $198.00, a great value for a $40 box. All items were full size and were things almost anyone would want to use. I was really pleased with this box!
