I like that coloring books for adults have a nostalgic factor to them. I loved coloring as a kid. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes hours to finish one picture.

I have to say that I love adult coloring books! They can be relaxing, and there’s not worry about staying in the lines. Plus my sister uses them as art therapy for her anxiety, so they tons of benefits! (Not to mention that it can become addicting trying to find new books.)

Coloring is a great way to relax and focus on something carefree especially in today’s hectic world. This Bible coloring book takes the relaxation one step further by letting one engage in scripture, God’s Word, which is the ultimate relaxation tool IMO.

I love them. They are a great time consumer and I get to color with my kids and not feel bored. I get them some of the harder stuff too. My youngest is becoming really good at coloring in the lines because of these.

I like the idea of Adult Coloring books. Anything that will lower our stress level is good. I think finding time to do it might be more difficult but it will be helpful when I do.

The only reason that I dislike them is because there are so many hours in a day and trying to fit coloring in can be tough. Other than that, I love them.
