  1. I just want to be more active. To walk more, to leave the house more! Lyme disease has lessened my mobility for years now. Want to take back my life. Thank you for this wonderful chance!

  2. I would love to eat more nutrient rich foods and build muscle!! I would also love to increase my flexibility!!

  3. I would really like to cut down on sugar, I have such a sweet tooth, but I know too much sugar is not good for me.

  4. Losing more weight, of course, but also I want to make it a daily goal to walk at least 2 miles a day once it gets warm enough to walk outside.

  5. I would like to lose about thirty pounds this year. Last year I lost 25 pounds.
