I try to eat a healthy diet but the one thing I always manage to leave out is fruit. I like fruit, I really do! BUT:
Fruit spoils – I get stressed about having it sitting in the fridge.

It all started with the early humans. They learned that drying out fruits were just as good as fresh. As years went buy they learned to freeze dry by the son and high cold altitudes..
