My husband and I are HUGE coffee drinkers! We especially love using single serve cups so both of us can get just the right roast and blend of coffee that we are craving. So let me tell you about Brooklyn Bean Roastery, one of the brands of Two Rivers Coffee! Brooklyn Bean Roastery coffees are all from the highest quality 100% Arabica coffee beans, grown on a type of coffee tree found only in high altitudes with particular climate and soil conditions. The Brooklyn Bean single serve cups are “brewed using our patent pending tension based filter system.”  and the cups are compatible with most Keurig brewers except the Vue version.

Corner Donut Shop was the variety of coffee we reviewed from Brooklyn Bean Roastery. It is a medium roast, extra bold coffee that has the most delicious aroma! There is nothing like getting out of bed in the morning to a hot cup of tasty coffee like Corner Donut Shop! It would pair well with your morning donut or pastry but it is also just perfect on its own. There is enough boldness to keep you up-and-at-it all morning but without bitterness – just a robust and wonderful smelling cup of coffee!
