Usually I just use a notepad app on my phone or a good old fashioned paper list
I do typically plan out my meals for the week. And thing rarely go as planned! This app could be very useful to me!

Yes I generally plan meals and make shopping lists although sometimes it varies if a good sale comes out. I dont know how this app would help. I dont have a smartphpne, so can not utilize it.
